Dashboards: build the view you start your day with

The Dashboard is built from widgets. Rearrange and resize them, add your own notes, images, videos and tools next to your numbers, keep as many dashboards as you need, and share any of them with a public link. This guide covers edit mode, the widget library, multiple dashboards, and share links.

What customizable dashboards are

Every business watches different numbers — now the Dashboard shows the ones you care about first.

A fixed dashboard showed everyone the same thing at the same weight. With widgets, you can put the metrics you care about first, remove what you don't need, and keep reminders or training videos right where you start your day.

Layouts are saved to your workspace, and the active dashboard stays selected as you move around the app.

Customize your Dashboard

Click Customize Dashboard to enter edit mode, then try a layout before keeping it.

  1. 1

    Open edit mode

Click Customize Dashboard on the Dashboard. Edit mode has Save and Cancel, so nothing changes until you save.

  2. 2

    Drag and resize

Move any widget by its handle and resize it on a 12-column grid.

  3. 3

    Add widgets

Open the Add widget panel to browse every widget by category — KPIs, Charts, Tables, Activity, Content and Tools — with search. Widgets already on your Dashboard are marked.

  4. 4

    Configure each widget

Click the gear icon on a widget to open its options, such as its date range or chart style.

  5. 5

    Save

Click Save to keep the layout, or Cancel to go back to the previous one.

The widget library

Data widgets track visitors, sales, funnels and leads; content widgets put your own material next to your numbers.

  • Hero KPIs — headline numbers with animated counts and a Day/Month/Year toggle; you can set the default range in the widget settings.
  • Secondary KPIs — a supporting row of key numbers.
  • Visitor trend — a chart of visitor activity, shown as an area or line chart.
  • Funnel performance — your top funnels, shown as a bar chart or a simple list.
  • Recent funnels and leads — lists of your latest funnels and leads.
  • Text Block — write notes, goals or instructions in markdown.
  • Image — show an image from a URL with cover or contain display and an optional click-through link.
  • Video — paste a YouTube, Vimeo or direct MP4 link and play it on the Dashboard.
  • Tool Embed — run a built-in Mass tool inside a Dashboard card, starting with the Agency Calculator.

Design and motion

Widgets use your workspace colors in light and dark mode, and animated numbers and hover effects respect your system's reduced-motion setting.

Multiple dashboards

Keep a sales dashboard and a marketing dashboard side by side and switch between them in one click.

All your dashboards are listed above the Dashboard. Add Dashboard creates a new one — either blank or a copy of your default layout — and each dashboard can be kept private.

  • Rename — give a dashboard a clearer name.
  • Duplicate — copy a dashboard as a starting point for a new one.
  • Set as default — choose which dashboard is your default.
  • Change visibility — switch a dashboard between private and shared.
  • Delete — remove a dashboard you no longer need.

Public share links

Share a read-only view of any dashboard with a client or partner — no login needed.

The Share button publishes a read-only copy of a dashboard at its own link that anyone can open without logging in. You can copy the link, or regenerate it to replace the old one.

Private data stays private

Shared dashboards only show totals and charts. Lead, session and activity widgets show a placeholder, and their data is never sent.
